Hi there! Welcome and thank you for connecting. I appreciate the possibility that we can learn & share from each other. I have the following things in my DNA, Business Analysis and Project Management (I’m Agent of Change!). I live in Surrey-British Columbia, Canada, have a great dog named Sam, and I like single malt whiskies.
Share your skills, learn from others and grow. More Info
Coaching and mentoring use the same skills and approach but “coaching is short term task-based” and “mentoring is a longer-term relationship”.
Why should you share your experiences with others?
- It ingrains what you know and deepens, fixes and establishes your knowledge firmly.
- It expands what you know as it keeps your eyes, ears, and mind open, thus we learn something new in the process as well.
- It establishes your reputation as an authority. Do not tell people you’re an expert, but give them a taste in a way that helps raise their level of expertise.
- It increases your professional value. When your expertise helps the entire team, and translates into tangible rewards and real dollars.
How can you share what you know with others? By Mentoring, writing, training others and becoming resourceful.
…purpose of my personal blog:
First thing first; I believe in brain exchange. Let’s share what we know. It will be great fun if you like trading, economics, psychology, calligraphy and a healthy life. I am also trying to design my life. I have some goals to accomplish.
Have fun!
