Let me show you the price action setup we use in the Crypto Cash System.
The way it works is this.
You go to the forecast page and get our list of the strongest trending coins.
This is the most important part of the whole thing.
Choosing the coins to trade that have a high probability of going up TODAY.
What we are doing then is dropping down to a 15 minute chart and looking for a low risk entry point.
Let me demonstrate with the top coin on our list AKRO (whatever the fuck that is)
We are looking for 2 things
Firstly a bollinger band touch. That’s not magic, just a perfectly valid statistical method of estimating that price is 2 standard deviations below the mean.
In plain English that means that 87% of the time price will stay within these bands
Once we have that touch we are looking for a very specific pattern (which happens a LOT)
It has 3 elements, you tick them off and then take the trade
1) Touch of the lower band (we have this)
2) Higher close without breaking the low of the bar which touches the band
3) Lower close without breaking the low of the bar which touches the band
We enter the trade on the first candle to break the high of the previous bar.
Our stop loss is a tick below the recent low, and our target is twice the distance from our entry point to stop loss.
In this way our risk control is extremely simple.
We risk $1 to make $2…
Or risk $100 to make $200…
Or $500 to make $1000…
Now this isn’t the “perfect” method… but its easy enough to do under pressure and the real juice comes from identifying the coins which are probably going up today.
The whole thing is working out which coins are probably going to go up, and betting on that.
And which coins are probably going down and betting on that, too.
Simple.
